Just as ingesting (eating) oils can be beneficial for overall health, applying oils topically can have tremendous benefits in terms of skins’ appearance. To name just a few:
Olive oil is known for its versatility when it comes to cooking and it’s also a great option as a body or face oil for dry to very dry and mature skin.
