You are welcome to wear undergarments during treatments if you prefer. Our professional therapists are trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your modesty and comfort at all times.
We strive to maintain a serene, peaceful environment. Kindly keep voices low and respect the quiet of others throughout our common areas, including treatment rooms. Please silence your mobile devices upon arrival to preserve the tranquil atmosphere for all guests.
If at any point during your service you would like to adjust the pressure, temperature, or music volume, please don’t hesitate to let your therapist know.
Monday - Sunday: 10AM - 7PM, by appointment only.
Facial treatments are available for guests ages 16 and up. Massage services are available for guests 18 years and older.
Please inform our team at the time of booking if you are pregnant or have any allergies, health concerns, or physical limitations, so we can ensure your comfort and safety.
To receive the full value of your scheduled service, please arrive early. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to honor our commitment to the next guest, though your full service price will still apply.
Gratuity is not included in our service prices. A tip of 15% to 20% is customary and greatly appreciated, though always at your discretion.
A valid credit card is required to request your reservation. Please note that your appointment will remain pending until confirmed by your service provider.
We have a 24-hour notice cancellation policy. We ask that if you have to cancel or reschedule, you do so before that window. You will be charged full price for all services if you are a no-show or do not cancel before the 24-hour window. Otherwise, you may pay however you like at the time of service.
